Only when initially posting a job, can you invite someone that is not on the platform. By adding their email in the invite section of the job posting. This email will get delivered to any valid email address regardless if the person has a Virtual PM Solutions account or not. The email will get sent once the job has been posted.
Once a job is created you will not be able to invite outside of the platform. You can email them directly outside of VPM Solutions and send them a link to sign up.
