Virtual team members are contractors. They are not required to receive a bonus. VPM Solutions highly encourages business owners to create a small bonus structure for their virtual team members. This allows the virtual team member to feel more a part of the team, keep them happy and reduce turnover.
To pay a virtual team member a bonus, simply click on Company Tab on the right , then click on Jobs in the center choose the VA you would like to give the One Time Payment to then once you are on the VAs workspace click on One Time Payments at put in the $ amount and then click Submit Payment for the amount of bonus you want to give them.
