How do I file dispute?
To file a dispute go to your time log under your workspace. Find the time card you want to dispute. Select the 3 dots under the actions. Click on Dispute.

1. The first step is to open your VPM Solutions account
2. Click Company Tab
3. Click Jobs Tab
4. Click the Virtual Assistant time you want to dispute
5. Click Time Log
6. Click the 3 little buttons in the action column on the time you would like to dispute
7. Click Dispute
8. Write the reason you wish to dispute the time in the Message box
9. Click the Submit button, your Virtual Assistant will now be notified and will modify their hours, once they modified their time you will need to go back in and approve the new time.
10. That's it. You're done.
