How to dispute your remote team member's Time/ One Time Payment.

Disputing a one-time payment is the same process as disputing a time log.

Go to the one-time payments dashboard under company accounts.

Select the three dots to the right.

Select dispute.

Just like time logs, one-time payments can be disputed prior to the payment being processed.

1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions and click Profile Icon

2. Click Job Dashboard

3. Scroll down and click the Workspace you are wanting to dispute the time in.

4. Click Time Log of the VA you are disputing the time for.

5. Click the 3 little dots

6. Click Dispute

7. Click Message area blank space so you can write the reason for the dispute

8. Write your mesaage and Click Submit

9. Click Submit to Confirm the dispute

10. You have now sent your VA a message to change their mistake, the VA will be able to change their mistake and you will get notified once its done so you can approve the correct hours. That's it. You're done.
