How to use a one time payment from company accounts

1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions and click Company Icon

2. Click Jobs

3. Click the Virtual Assistant you would like to give the One time Payment to, I have chosen Sales Admin / Sales Rep Virtual Assistant

4. Click One Time Payments

5. Click Amount and put in the amount you would like to pay them

6. Click Category and choose best option in the drop down menu

7. I chose Bonus

8. Click Description and write why you are giving the one time payment

9. Scroll down and click Submit Payment

10. Click Confirm Payment

Step 10 image

11. That's it. You're done. Don't forget a One Time payment process takes the normal time as a regular payment, it is not faster.
