In company accounts select the reports tab.
The manager will only see reports for the workspaces they have access to. The company manager and owner will see all reporting.
Reports are broken down into four sections:
Upcoming due - This is the total amount that is due at the end of the billing cycle. If you virtual team member is adding time daily, expect this number to go up each day time is added. This amount includes the processing fee from the payment processor.
In upcoming due you can see a detailed record of each virtual team member, each time card entered for each day. You can also see a detailed breakdown. You can see the current week or the previous week. Once payment is processed, you will no longer see the breakdown in upcoming. You will be able to see a summary in processing.
In Dispute - This includes any timelogs or one time payments that the employer has disputed. You will see each individual timecard or one time payment in dispute.
Processing - This includes all funds that are in transit. The payment processor has debited the company account on file and is in the process of transferring it to the virtual assistants bank account on file. Once funds are in processing you can no longer dispute.
Once payment is in processing you can view the summary of the payment. Summary tells you the total hours, total payment and processing fee.
Total Payments - A history of all payments that have been processed.
Total payments keeps a record of all payments that have been made, broken out by virtual assistant and by payment type (one time payment vs time log). You can select any one of the records and it will give you the same summary output as it does in processing.
