I have an applicant that I interviewed and I want to hire, now what?

  1. Come to an agreement on hourly rate and a start date. 
  2. Accept the applicant at the agreed upon hourly rate. 
  3. Make sure you complete the easy 5 step hiring process as shown in the screenshot below.


Congratulations!   You now have a new Virtual Team Member. 


Once the team member is accepted they will technically be able to fill out a timesheet.  Make sure you agree on a start date so that your team member starts entering time on the correct start date.
