Most disputes are simply due to a freelancer entering incorrect time. If this is the case simply dispute the time card and inform the team member within the dispute message.
If the dispute is something other than entering incorrect time, reach out to your virtual team member for a resolution.
- The billing period is Monday - Sunday. Times are auto-approved Sunday at 4:59 AM UTC.
- A dispute window opens on Monday following a billing period.
- If a dispute is not resolved and the time card is not approved within the dispute window the time card will changed to a declined status and not get paid.
If a resolution is not reached you can decline a time card that is in the In Dispute status by selecting the three dots under Actions and selecting decline
