Accidentally Declined an Applicant – How Can I Invite Them to Reapply?
If you’ve accidentally declined an applicant and need them to reapply, this article walks you through how to send them a new invitation and get their application back on track.
Tip: Use these steps when you accidentally declined an applicant and want to invite them to reapply to your job post.

You misclicked and declined the wrong applicant.

The applicant reached out asking why they were declined and you'd like to give them another chance.

1. The first step is to open VPM and click Company
2. Click Jobs
3. Click on the Job on Hiring Status
4. Navigate to the Declined application panel
5. With your mouse, click and drag in then drop it New Applications Panel
5b. Drop
6. Click Invite to Job
7. You can also click the Invite button in the upper right corner. Make sure to take note of the name of the applicant you accidentally declined.
8. Click on the search box
9. Type the name of the applicant
10. Click on the applicant to select
11. Click Invite to Job
12. That's it. You're done.
