Application Tracking System for Remote Team Members

The Application Tracking System (ATS) is designed to help Remote Team Members easily manage and monitor their job applications on the VPM Solutions platform.

35 STEPS
1. Welcome to the Application Tracking System tutorial for Remote Team Members.
Click anywhere on the screen to get started.
2. Navigate to the Jobs section on the left-hand panel.
3. Click on Applications.
4. Here, you'll see the eight stages of the Application Tracking System. The first stage is Invited.
This section shows job invitations sent by companies.
5. Click on any job card in the list to apply.
6. Click Apply to this job.
7. Type your brief cover letter in the provided text box.
Keep it concise, highlight key skills, and show interest in the role.
8. Type 'I Agree'.

9. Click Submit Application.
This will automatically move the job card from the Invited stage to the Applied stage.
10. The second stage is Applied.
This section shows all your active job applications.
11. Click on any job card in the list to see more options.
12. Click on Job Info to review the job details.
13. Click Applications if you wish to edit your desired hourly rate or cover letter.
14. Select the pencil icon to make changes to your hourly rate or cover letter
15. Click on the box to update your hourly rate.
16. Click on the textbox to update your cover letter.
17. Click Confirm.
18. The third stage is In Communication.
Job cards move here once a company initiates messaging with you.
19. You'll notice the job card outlined in blue, indicating that you have a new message.
Click the Messages icon to view company messages.
20. Click on the text box to type your message.
21. Click on Send.
22. You'll also notice some job cards outlined in red with an exclamation mark icon.
This indicates that action is needed. Click the exclamation mark icon to view the required action.
23. Click on Add Requirements.
24. Click the dropdown icon to expand and take the test. Repeat these steps for all three items.
25. Click Close when finished.
26. The next stage is Interview Scheduled.
Job cards do not move here automatically.
When a company schedules an interview with you, it's recommended to manually move the job card to this section as a reminder and to keep your applications organized.
27. To move your job card to this stage (e.g., from In Communication to Interview Scheduled), simply click and hold the card, then drag and drop it into the section.

28. The next stage is Interview Completed.
Job cards do not move here automatically.
After your interview, manually move the job card to this section as a reminder and to keep your applications organized.
29. The next stage is Accepted.
Job cards automatically move here once a company accepts your application.
30. The next stage is Declined.
Job cards automatically move here if a company declines your application.
31. The next stage is Withdrawn.
Job cards move here when you withdraw your application.
32. To Withdraw an application, simpliy click on the job card.
33. To withdraw your application, select Withdrawn from the dropdown menu on the job card
34. Important: This action is irreversible.
Click Continue if you wish to proceed.
35. That's it. You're done.
