Establish your hourly rate according to your experience and skills, avoiding rates that are excessively high or low.
18 STEPS
1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions and click user menu
2. Click Settings
3. Enter your First Name
4. Enter your Last Name
5. Utilize the About Me section to tell more about yourself. This helps companies understand your background, skills, and personality, giving them a clearer idea of why you may be the right fit.
6. Establish your hourly rate according to your experience and skills.
Note: This is only your desired hourly rate. Actual offers may vary depending on the hiring company.
7. Add your Facebook account
8. Add your Twitter account
9. Add your LinkedIn account
10. Scroll up and click Skills & Languages
11. Click on the Skills & Language tab to add your skills.
Adding more relevant skills increases your visibility to companies and improves your chances of getting hired.
12. Click on the Experience tab to add your previous work experience. Highlighting relevant roles helps companies better understand your background.
13. Click on the Education tab to add your educational background.
14. Click on the Résumé tab to upload your résumé document and your video résumé. This gives companies a more complete view of your qualifications and presentation.
15. Click on the Additional Information tab to upload your Self-Interview, Attitude Test, English Proficiency Test, DiSC Profile, and Internet Speed Test, as requested by the hiring company.
16. Click on the Academy section to enroll in the available VPM courses.
17. Click Enroll Now. Completing courses can strengthen your profile and make you more appealing to companies.
18. That's it. You're done.
