- Performance-Based Rewards: If a Remote Team Member hits specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)—such as achieving a milestone or contributing to a company goal—a one-time payment can be used as a performance bonus.
- Incentives for Deliverables: For example, some companies give bonuses when a team member helps generate a positive Google review or completes a project that exceeded expectations.
- Holiday or Special Occasion Gifts: Companies often want to show appreciation during holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, or even a team member's birthday. A one-time payment can be used as a goodwill gesture during these times.

- Go to the Companies section on your dashboard.
- Select One-Time Payment.
- Choose the Remote Team Member you'd like to pay.
- Enter the amount or number of hours.
