Can I approve a timecard that I have disputed?

Yes. During the dispute window on Mondays for the previous pay cycle or at any time during the current pay cycle.

Once payment is processed, the disputed charge will not be paid out and will no longer appear as a dispute. The solution is to recreate the charge for approval.
