Yes, you can begin browsing for new Virtual Team Members right when you create an Employer account. You can find top talent to meet your needs in two places.
Find Assistants - (Any time)
You can search in the "Find Assistants" page at any time. You can filter by: Keyword, Skills, Country, and Min/Max Budget. You can select which job you would like to Invite them to directly from the page.
Talent Match - (After Posting a Job)
After posting a job you will be redirected to our proprietary Talent Match page for that Workspace. You will be able to see a list of Virtual Team Members with a percentage match next to their name. You can invite them to your Workspace directly from the Talent Match page.

1. There are two ways you can search for virtual team members in order to fill your job postings. The first is our Search function. Click Search
2. You can filter the assistants by multiple different categories.
3. You can sort by one or multiple keywords.
4. You can sort by different skills, such as management, customer service, and many others.
5. If you are looking for assistants in a specific country, you can select that country here.
6. The final category you can filter for is budget. You can select a high and low range for your budget, and anybody who falls inside of it will appear in your search.
7. You would click Apply in order to apply the filter changes you've made.
8. You can invite assistants directly to one of your job listings from this page.

11. Every virtual assistant will appear in this search with a percentage next to their profile image. This percentage represents the amount of things that they have listed that are compatible with the requirements for your job posting.

14. Using the talent match system, we were able to invite an assistant to the job. Now we can chat with them and discuss terms before signing them.
