Although Property Management experience is not required, VPM recommends taking the free certification courses provided on the platform. If you have experience in Property Management it is an advantage, but normally in most companies there will be a period of training in which you will be taught your job responsibilities in Property Management at that job. Your previous experience in other jobs that you have done will help you get trained up to what your new company wants.
