Hiring for Attitude Assessment for Companies
This article highlights the key attitudes that make remote professionals successful. By focusing on these traits, your company can identify the right candidates, strengthen team culture, and achieve long-term success.
19 STEPS
1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions and Open user menu.
2. Click Settings
3. Click Hiring For Attitude
4. Click "Read More" to explore additional details about this feature.
5. Click Take Assessment.
6. Click Start Assessment to begin.
7. Once finished, click "View Results."
8. You'll see the top three traits your company is looking for in a remote team member.
Click on each trait to learn more.
9. Click "Set as Company Traits" to make these your company's default traits
10. Click Submit
11. To review or edit the traits, click on the User Menu.
12. Click on Settings.
13. Click on Hiring For Attitude.
14. Click "Re-Take Assessment" if you wish to take it again.
15. Click "Customize Company Traits" if you'd like to make adjustments.
16. Scroll down and click Company Traits
17. Select up to three traits to set as your company's default.
18. Click Save Changes
19. That's it. You're done.
