      Hiring for Attitude Assessment for Remote Team Members

      13 STEPS

      1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions and Open user menu

      2. Click Settings.

      3. Click Additional Information.

      4. Click Read More to learn more about the assessment.

      5. Click Take Test or Take again if you wish to retake.

      6. Click Start Assessment

      7. Click View Results

      8. Click Submit

      9. Once finished, you can preview your profile to see your top 3 traits, which companies can search for. Click your profile photo to get started.

      10. Click Preview Profile

      11. Click Hiring for Attitude

      12. Scroll down to view your top 3 traits. You can click on each link to learn more.
