1. The first step is to open a VPM email that you wish to Manage your email Preferences.
2. Scroll down and click Manage preferences
3. Here you will be able to change your Communication Preferences.
4. Scroll down and uncheck the boxes you do not wish to receive an email from.
5. Click uncheck
6. Click uncheck the ones you do not wish to receive communication about.
7. Scroll down and click Update email preferences
8. That's it. You're done.
