When browsing for new Virtual Team Members, you can find top talent via the Find Assistants feature.

1. The first step is to open VPM and click Find Assistants
2. Select "Country" to filter virtual assistants based on their country.
3. Choose "Education" to apply a filter based on the virtual assistant's educational attainment.
4. Click Proficiency to set filter based on their English Proficiency
5. Choose "Hourly Rate" to filter based on the virtual assistant's rate.
6. Select "Lived in US" to filter virtual assistants who have lived in the US. You can then specify the number of years as needed.
7. Choose "Resumé" to display only virtual assistants who have uploaded both their traditional resumé and video resumé.
8. Select "Favorites" to exclusively show virtual assistants whom you have previously marked as favorites.
9. Choose "Certificates" and select the relevant courses to exclusively display virtual assistants who have completed the specified courses.
10. Select "Skills" and choose the specific skills to only show virtual assistants who possess the specified skills.
11. Choose "Notes" to apply a filter and display only virtual assistants who have associated notes.
12. That's it. You're done.
