1. The first step is to open VPM and click Company
2. Click Jobs
3. Select the remote assistant you wish to view.
4. Click Change
5. Click on the New Pay Rate box
6. Enter the new amount
7. Click on the checkbox
8. Click Confirm
9. That's it. You're done.
