How do I know if my time was approved?

Checking Your Time Approval Status

As a Remote Team Member (RTM), you can easily check if your hours have been approved by navigating to the Time Log section in your job workspace.

All time is automatically approved by default on Sunday. If your Company approves the time manually before the auto-approval occurs, you will see the updates reflected immediately on your Time Log page.

  • Billing Period: The standard cycle runs from Monday to Sunday.
  • Auto-Approval: Timesheets are automatically approved on Sunday.
  • Dispute Window: Companies have a dispute window on the Monday following a billing period.
  • Charges & Payouts: After the dispute window closes, the Company is charged on Tuesday. Payouts initiate shortly after and can appear in an RTM's bank account as early as the following Sunday.
