1. The first step is to open VPM and click Jobs
2. Click Search Jobs
3. Click Type to search and type in your keyword
4. You can click Proficiency and do a search
5. You can click Hourly Rate and do a search
6. You can click Certificates and do a search
7. You can click Skills and select the skills you have and do a search
8. You can click Job Type and do a search
9. Click Job Duration and do a search
10. Click Job Category and do a search
11. You can Select in the Sort by drop down either Talent Match or Date Posted and do a search
12. Click Descending and do a search
13. Or select Ascending and do a search
14. Or you can do a search by clicking Search for a job button on your home page.
