When Should I expect Payment
This article explains VPM Solutions' weekly payment process, including the billing cycle, timesheet approval, Company dispute period, and payment timelines, so Remote Team Members (RTMs) know exactly when to expect their payouts.
VPM Solutions uses an automated system to process weekly payouts for RTMs. Here is the standard timeline:
- The billing period runs from Monday – Sunday.
- Timesheets are auto-approved.
- Companies have Monday to dispute or decline the previous week's time logs.
- After the dispute window closes, the Company is charged on Tuesday.
- The payment is charged to the Company on Tuesday, initiating the process that same day. It typically takes 4 to 10 business days for the payment to appear in the RTM's account.
While the process begins on Tuesday, banking and processing times can vary.
If you're accustomed to receiving your payment earlier than the specified timeframe and it hasn't arrived yet, it doesn't necessarily mean it's delayed, as it still falls within Stripe's standard 4 to 10 business day window.
