How to Check if a Virtual Assistant Has a Video Profile
A video résumé is a powerful tool to help you gauge an assistant's communication skills and personality before you ever schedule an interview. You can identify these profiles directly from the search results.
Identifying the Video Profile Icon:On the Assistant card, you'll notice the résumé and video résumé icons. If they are colored, it means the assistant has those items uploaded to their profile.
Pro Tip: As soon as the Assistant profile loads, the video résumé will begin playing automatically, allowing you to quickly screen candidates.
