How to Check a Remote Team Member's Internet Speed
Ensuring your Remote Team Member (RTM) has a reliable internet connection is crucial for seamless collaboration. You can easily verify their internet speed directly from their profile on the VPM Solutions platform.
Steps to View Internet Speed
- Step 1: Locate the Candidate Navigate to the Assistant Search page or your list of applicants. Find the specific Remote Team Member whose profile you wish to check.
- Step 2: Open Their Profile Click on the candidate's name or profile card to open their detailed profile view. This will slide out a panel on the right side of your screen.
- Step 3: Access the "Profile" Tab In the right-side panel, ensure you are on the Profile tab. This is usually the default view, but you can click the tab labeled "Profile" if needed.
- Step 4: Scroll Down to "Internet Speed" Scroll down through the profile information. Look for the section on the right-hand side of the profile details, below "Education History".

Step 5: Verify the Speed
Locate the Internet Speed section.
You will see:- Connection Type: (e.g., Excellent, Good)
- Speed: Displayed in Mbps (e.g., 32Mbps).
6 STEPS
1. There are two ways to pull up an RTM's profile: you can either use the Find Assistants tab or access it through the Application Tracking System (ATS) if the RTM has already applied.
The first step is to open VPM Solutions and click on Find Assistants.
2. Click on the assistant to open their profile.
3. Scroll down and locate Internet Speed. There, you'll see the RTM's internet speed.
4. The second way is through the Application Tracking System (ATS).
Click on the applicant's name to open their profile.
5. Scroll down and locate Internet Speed. There, you'll see the RTM's internet speed.
6. That's it. You're done.
