How to Check a Remote Team Member's Internet Speed
Ensuring your Remote Team Member (RTM) has a reliable internet connection is crucial for seamless collaboration. You can verify their internet speed directly from their profile on the VPM Solutions platform.
Note: This information is self-reported or verified through system checks and is displayed directly on the candidate's profile card.
Instructions
- Step 1: Locate the Candidate There are two ways to find a profile: navigate to the Find Assistants tab to search for new talent, or access your Application Tracking System (ATS) if the RTM has already applied.
- Step 2: Open Their Profile Click on the candidate's name or profile card. This will open their detailed view in a panel on the right side of your screen.
- Step 3: Access the "Profile" Tab In the right-side panel, ensure you are on the Profile tab (this is usually the default view).
- Step 4: Scroll to Internet Speed Scroll down through the profile details. Locate the Internet Speed section, typically found on the right-hand side below "Education History."

Step 5: Verify Connection Data
Review the reported data:
- Connection Type: (e.g., Excellent, Good)
- Speed: Displayed in Mbps (e.g., 32Mbps).
