1. The first step is to open VPM and click User menu

5. Take your time to understand each question and answer truthfully and completely.

6. Click here to upload a pre-recorded Self Interview. Ensure it's in one of the supported formats listed.

7. Click here to record manually. Make sure the video is no longer than 10 minutes.

8. Click the record button when you're ready to begin.

9. Click the stop button when you're done recording.

10. Click the checkbox if you're satisfied with your recording

11. Click "Start Over" to delete and re-record your video.
