1. The first step is to open VPM and click Post a Job
2. Click on "Choose a Template" and pick the suitable template for the job posting.

5. Click on "Select a workspace" and choose the workspace where you would like the job to be assigned.

7. Click Select Category and pick the suitable category from the drop down menu

9. Review the job description and make any necessary edits to align it with your company's needs. Afterward, scroll down and click on "Next."
10. Click on "General Skills" and select the appropriate skill set that applicants should possess as criteria.

12. Click Property Management Skills and select the appropriate skill set that applicants should possess as criteria.
13. Click Software Skills and select the appropriate skill set that applicants should possess as criteria.
14. Click Property Management Software and select the appropriate skill set that applicants should possess as criteria.

17. Choose which courses you'd like the applicants to take as criteria.
18. Scroll down and click Next
19. Scroll up and indicate whether the position is full-time or part-time.
20. Next, specify whether the position is long-term or short-term.
21. Establish the minimum and maximum hourly rate as you deem appropriate for the job offer.
22. Click on "Next" to finalize the job posting.
23. Perform a final review and click on "Publish Job" to complete the process.
24. Congratulations! You posted a Job
