How to Post a job
This article will show you how to post a job as an Employer.

1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions
2. Click Post a Job
3. It will show your Company name here
4. If you are associated with another company and you would like to hire through the other company choose the other company in the dropdown.
5. Click the drop down
6. If you already have the workspace created choose it, if you don't and you want to create a new workspace click on Create New Workspace
7. Click Workspace Name and type the name
8. Click Description and fill out if you want or just leave it blank
9. Click Create
10. Click the drop down now to choose your workspace
11. Click Sales
12. Click Part Time or Full Time
13. Click Short Term or Long-term
14. Click Next
15. Type in the Job Title the name of your postion
16. Click and select your category in the drop down
17. Scroll and click Assistant - Sales
18. Click Next
19. Click and fill in your Job Description
20. Review your Job Description
21. Click Next
22. Click Select
23. Click level you want
24. Click Add a Language if you want your virtual assistant to speak another language
25. Click and choose 2nd language
26. Scroll down and click Spanish for example
27. Click proficiency level you would like them to have
28. Click and click
29. Click Save
30. Click Next
31. Click and choose between 3 to 5 General Skills you would like your virtual assistant to have
32. With your mouse, hover Choose one or more skills
33. Click Customer Service for example
34. Scroll down and click Cold-Calling another example
35. Click General Sales to add another
36. Click and choose the Software skills you would like the virtual assistant to have
37. Click Microsoft Excel foe example
38. Click more skills if you would like
39. With your mouse, the drop down and choose the Property Management skills you would like your virtual assistant to have in the dropdown menu for Choose one or more skills
40. Scroll down and click Call Lease Leads
41. Choose more skills if you would like
42. With your mouse, the drop down and choose the Property Management Skills you would like your virtual assistant to have in the dropdown menu Choose one or more skills
43. Click Appfolio and anymore you would like
44. Click Next
45. Click highlight the courses you would like them to have completed
46. Click Next
47. Click Low Budget amount you would like to pay
48. With your mouse, put in the high budget you would like to pay
49. Click Next
50. Click and type in the VPM virtual assistant name if they are already on the platform
51. Click Next
52. Scroll down and and review job posting before you publish it
53. Click Next
54. Click Post Job
55. That's it. You're done.
