How to use a one time payment from company accounts.

A company can make a One-Time Payment anytime during the weekly pay period. If the One-Time Payment is made on a Monday it will be included with the previous week's payment period.

7 STEPS

1. The first step is to open VPM and click Company

2. Click One Time Payments

3. Click "Make Payment" for the remote team member you intend to pay.

4. Click on the box and enter the amount.

5. Click on the checkbox

6. Click Confirm Payment

7. That's it. You're done.

TIP: You can also utilize the One-Time Payment option to compensate for a remote team member's missed hours in case they forget to log. You can pay based on hours rather than entering the dollar amount.
