Follow the easy steps to get back into your account if you have forgotten your User Name or Password.
If you have forgotten your user name or password go to the login page and click on the link Forgot your password.
Enter the email address that you used to create your account and then click the button Send Link
In your email account you will have received an email that says Reset Forgotten Password, in the email you must click on the button Forgot Password link in your email
Now you have to enter your new password twice and then click the button Change Password, you will now enter your account with your new password
