To answer the question, "I forgot my password?" there are a few different ways first of all you need to know your email address you used to create your account.
On the login page there is link under the password box where it says Forgot Password, click on Forgot Password you will get a pop up asking for your email address you registered your profile with. Type in your email address and click Send Link, in your email account you will now have a link where you can get into your account and change your password.
