How Do I Hire a Candidate I Like?

14 STEPS
1. The first step is to open VPM and click Company
2. Click Jobs
3. Click on the Job you wish to fill.
4. Click on the applicant's card to view more options.
5. Click Accept Application
6. Verify the applicant's hourly rate to ensure it aligns with the agreed-upon terms.
7. Select "NO" if you wish to negotiate the hourly rate. This action will prompt you to send a message to the applicant to negotiate the rate.

9. Choose "Yes" to advance to the next step.
10. Click Continue
11. Select the date on which you would like your remote assistant to commence work.
12. Click Continue
13. Click Accept Application
14. That's it. You're done.
Once the team member is accepted, they will technically be able to fill out a timesheet. Make sure to reiterate the start date so that your team member starts entering time on the correct start date.
