I had over $20 in commission but did not get paid out. Why?

There are potentially two reasons for commissions not being paid out.

1. You did not add your bank account information to the Payment Information tab under the Referral Link section.  Once you add the bank account information you will be paid out the commission on the next commission payout scheduled date (1st day of the next quarter).
2. You may have accumulated the minimum amount but the payments had not been processed completely before the commission payout date.  Dont worry, commissions stay accrued and will be paid out on the next commission payout scheduled date (1st day of next quarter).
