How to Invite a Remote Worker to a Job

This article explains the different ways you can invite a Remote Worker to apply to your job. You’ll learn how to use the "Find Assistants" feature and the Jobs section to send direct invitations.

There are two ways to invite a remote assistant. You can either use the "Find Assistants" in the main menu or you can search in the Jobs section.

 

13 STEPS

1. The first step is to open VPM and click Find Assistants

2. Navigate to the Search box and enter the name of the remote assistant you intend to search.

3. Click Invite

4. Choose the specific job to which you would like to invite the remote assistant.

5. Click Send Invite

6. You can also invite a remote assistant in the Jobs Section.

Click Company

7. Click Jobs

8. Select the Job in hiring status.

9. Click Invite

10. Click on the Search box and enter either the Name or Email address of the remote assistant you are looking for.

11. Click on the remote assistant.

12. Click Invite Job

13. That's it. You're done.
