After completing the interview, follow the 5 easy steps below to finalize the hiring process.
1. Access your candidate's application card.
2. Select "Accept Application" to proceed to the next stages.
3. Negotiate and reach an agreement on the hourly rate.
Choosing "No" will open the messaging system, enabling you to directly communicate with the applicant and initiate negotiations regarding the rate.
4. Choose the date on which you would like your remote team member to start.
5. Finalize the hiring process by officially accepting the application.
Once the team member is accepted, they will technically be able to fill out a timesheet. Make sure to reiterate the start date so that your team member starts entering time on the correct start date.
