7 STEPS
1. The first step is to open VPM and click Company
2. Click Jobs
3. Select the Job posting you wish to view
4. Select "Summary" to access the Job Description, Skills and Language requirements, as well as recommended courses.
5. Select "Talent Match" to utilize the VPM algorithm, matching virtual assistants based on the skills you included in your job posting.
6. Click on Applications to view a comprehensive list of all your applicants. You may click on the applicant card to view more information.
7. Select Files to access project-related documents, such as forms and other materials utilized in your hiring process.
That's it. You're done.
