I received an application, now what?

Congratulations! You've received an application for your job post. Here's how to move forward quickly and confidently using the VPM Application Tracking System (ATS):

1. Review the Candidate Profile Go to the "New Applications" tab in your Job Pipeline. Click on the applicant's name to view their:
   • Video responses
   • Resume
   • Personality assessment
   • English proficiency results
2. Move the Candidate to "In Review" If the candidate looks promising, drag them to the "In Review" stage. This helps track who you're seriously considering.
3. Schedule an Interview When ready, move the candidate to "Interview Scheduled." Message them using our built-in tools and set a time for the interview.
4. Complete the Interview After your call, shift the candidate to "Interview Completed."
5. Make a Decision If you want to hire, move them to "Accepted." If not, move them to "Declined."
