I referred someone, they said they created a profile but I do not see them in my reporting?

If the person (or company)  you referred is not showing up in your Refferal Link - Reporting tab it means that they did not create the profile using your referral link.  The only way to receive a commission is if they create an account using your referral link.  The only way to do this is to ask the person to delete their account and recreate it using your referral link.
