      Is there a way I can see if my contractor is looking for another job on the VPM Platform?

      Upon hiring a remote team member, their visibility on Assistant Search is automatically disabled, along with their Job Search Capability. Nevertheless, they have the option to manually enable this feature, indicating potential active job searching.

      Follow the steps below on how to check you remote team member's visibility

      Red Dot = Not Visible
      Green Dot = Visible

      1. The first step is to open VPM and click Company

      3. In the Visibility Section, there's an indicator that informs you whether the remote team member is currently visible or not.

      That's it! You're done.
