      Search by DiSC Profile

      This article will guide you in searching for candidates using the DiSC Profile.

      The DiSC Profile is a behavioral assessment tool that helps you understand candidates’ personality traits, working styles, and strengths. Within the VPM platform, you can use this feature to refine your search and identify candidates who best fit your team’s needs.

       

      9 STEPS

      1. The first step is to open VPM Solutions and click Find Assistants

      2. Click DISC

      3. Select at least one DISC personality type to activate the filter.

      Note: You can select up to two personality types at a time.

      4. Select the second Personality Type

      Step 4 image

      5. Click Apply

      6. To view details, click the assistant's name. This will open their full profile.

      7. Click DISC Profile

      Step 7 image

      8. Navigate to the dominance trait and click the link to learn more.

      9. That's it. You're done.
