The Jobs Tab provides an overview and management interface for all job postings within your company. This guide will help you navigate and utilize the features of this tab effectively.
Accessing the Jobs Tab
To access the Jobs Tab, log into your company dashboard and select Company > Jobs from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
Features of the Jobs Tab
1. Job Listings Table
The main section displays a table listing all job postings created under your company. The columns include:

ID: Or Job ID is a Unique identifier for each job posting.

Title: The name of the job posting (e.g., "Assistant - Bookkeeping").

Workspace: The workspace or team where the job is assigned (e.g., "Company Workspace," "Active Remote Team Member").

Status: Current status of the job posting:

Closed: The job posting is no longer active.

Filled: The position has been filled.

Hiring: The job posting is actively hiring.

Assistant: Displays the assigned assistant (if applicable) with their name and location.

Rate: The hourly or project rate for the position (if applicable).

Visibility: Indicates whether the assistant's profile is hidden or visible to candidates.
2. Search and Filters
Located at the top of the page, the search bar and filters allow you to refine the displayed job listings:

Search: Type keywords to find specific jobs.

Filters: Filter jobs by workspace, status, or hourly rate.
3. Action Buttons

Post a Job: Create a new job posting by clicking the bright pink button at the top right corner of the screen.

Ellipsis Menu: Each job row includes an ellipsis menu (three dots) for quick access to job-specific actions such as transferring to a specific workspace or view the job.
