Introducing a New Option for Companies

VPM Solutions now offers an optional feature that allows companies to contribute to the platform fee. There's no requirement to opt in, and if you choose to contribute, you can do so at any point, not just when a virtual assistant starts their role.

What is the Platform Fee

Our platform gives companies the tools to grow smarter and faster all while staying cost-effective. That's why the 10% platform fee is applied to Remote Team Members, not to companies, to use the platform. This enables zero-cost access for companies while providing infrastructure and support services that benefit both parties.

📝 Note: This platform fee is separate from the 3% third-party payment processing fee (charged by Stripe), which is passed through and not retained by VPM.
What Does the Platform Fee Cover

The 10% platform fee paid by Remote Team Member plays a key role in keeping the VPM Solutions platform free and accessible for companies. By placing the fee structure on the RTM side, you maintain full control of your staffing costs.
