Understanding the Reporting Section

Learn how to navigate and interpret the reporting section to track payments, review detailed transaction histories, analyze team performance, and ensure accuracy in billing and payroll processes.

The Reporting Tab is broken down into 3 sections.

 

Payroll: View and generate itemized company payroll expenditure reports.

Company: View reports related to your company details.

Affiliate: Generate earned income reports based on affiliate payouts.

13 STEPS

1. The first step is to open VPM and click Reports

2. Click Quick View

3. The Upcoming Due is The total amount due at the end of the billing cycle.

4. The In Dispute section Includes any disputed time logs or one-time payments made by the Company

5. The Processing section includes all funds that are in transit. Once funds are in processing you can no longer dispute.

6. The Total Payments section displays a record of all payments made, categorized by virtual assistant and payment type (one-time payment vs. time log).

7. Click on "Custom Export" to apply filters to your CSV file before exporting.

8. After selecting all the filters, click on "Export" to initiate the file export.

9. The Company Reporting section includes reports pertaining to the details of your company.

Choose "Assistant Roster Current", to see a list of all the assistants you have currently hired.

10. Click on "Assistant Roster Closed", to see the details of virtual assistants you hired previously.

11. Select "Assistant Roster All Time", to see a comprehensive list of both current and previous virtual assistants.

12. Click Affiliate Roster & Earnings view earned income reports based on Affiliate Payouts.

13. That's it. You're done.
