Adding your Payout Information
This article will guide you through the process of updating or adding your payout information.
- Make sure to enter your bank information correctly when creating your new account.
- If your name is Alejandro Favio Hernandez Gonzalez, you must enter your full name exactly as it is in the billing section of the VPM bank information.
- If you don’t enter your full name and date of birth correctly, your account will trigger a verification from Stripe and may be restricted if not resolved.
Note: Stripe periodically requests account verification, even if the account has been previously verified. This helps ensure the account is up to date and prevents fraudulent transactions or activities.
Bank accounts must be in your name to pass Stripe verification and avoid payment delays.
18 STEPS
1. The first step is to open VPM and click on your profile photo.
2. Click Settings
3. Click Payment
4. Click Update Payout Method
5. Type 'Bank Details Confirmed'
6. Click Confirm
7. Click Send code
8. Enter the code sent to your mobile phone
9. Enter First name
10. Enter Last name
11. Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account?
12. Enter Date of Birth
13. Please enter the date your Stripe account was created.
Note: This step is only for users who already have a Stripe account.
14. Enter the amount last transferred to you.

15. Select Country
16. Enter Street address, Apartment, neighborhood.
Note: Only enter information if this step applies to you.
17. Click Submit
18. That's it. You're done.
