What does short-term and long-term mean?
Short Term: For any job role that you plan to have for typically three months or less.
Most employers use this to hire team members for specific projects. We do not recommend using short-term if you want to try someone out but plan to hire long term. You will attract people looking for short-term work to a job role you anticipate hiring long term.
Long Term: For any job role that you plan to hire as a permanent team member.
