VPM Academy is a free training hub on the VPM Solutions platform that prepares Remote Team Members (RTMs) for roles in real estate and property management, helping companies hire job-ready talent quickly and confidently.
How It Works- Self‑Paced Courses: Training is 100% online and self-paced. Courses are divided into short, video-based modules covering industry concepts and workflows.
- Course Completion Required: RTMs must complete at least 90% progress before they can take the final exam.
- Exams & Certifications: RTMs must pass the exam with a score of 90% or higher to earn certification.

- Property Management 101 (PM101): U.S. industry laws, tenant lifecycle, leasing, maintenance, collections, and evictions.
- AppFolio Software Training: Resident management, accounting, and system navigation.
- Role-Specific Tracks: Leasing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, Sales Call Management, and Maintenance Coordination.
