What to put in your Profile in the About section as a Virtual Assistant.

The more information you have in the About Section the more likely it is you will be matched when a company performs a search.

To increase the chances of being matched use keywords that company managers would search for when trying to find a contractor.

It doesn't matter if you are found, if you have incorrect grammar or spelling companies will not invite you to a job.

Here are some of the items that a company would search for: 

  1. Software Skills that are not located in any of the drop-downs "ie: AUTOCAD"
  2. Personality traits that match up with a job role "ie: outgoing, detail orientated"
  3. Any personal core values "ie: hard-working, integrity, responsible, training"
  4. Give an overview of your education and experience
