I Can’t View My Company Workspace
If you are unable to view your company workspaces and are instead seeing different workspaces, this issue may be related to your account access, workspace selection, or permissions.
Quick Fix: Navigate to the bottom of your screen where you can find the company name. Click on the company name to access the list of companies and choose the appropriate one.
- Check Your Account: Ensure you are logged into the correct VPM Solutions account associated with your company. If you have multiple accounts, try logging out and signing back in.
- Verify Workspace Selection: Click on the Workspaces section in the left-hand menu to check if you are in the correct company environment.
- Permission Updates: If your role was updated or you were recently moved between workspaces, you may no longer have access. Verify with your company administrator.
- Technical Glitches: Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue remains, the system may need a fresh session.
