How to Update a Job Title for Role Changes or Promotions

This KBA provides instruction on how to update or change the job title. This is important if a company needs to change a job title—for example, when an RTM is updating their role or getting a promotion.

Efficiency Update: Previously, companies would need to close the job and post another job for the RTM to apply. Now, you can simply update the Job Title within the existing job.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Click on Company.
  2. Click Jobs.
  3. Select the Filled job you wish to update.
  4. Click on the Pencil Icon.
  5. Enter the new job title.
  6. Click Update.
Important Note: Remember to move the new job role to a specific workspace if needed to ensure proper grouping and organization.
