Why am I Unable to Access a Workspace

If you cannot access a workspace in VPM Solutions, it may be due to permission settings, incorrect user roles, or system configurations. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting:
  1. Check Your User Role: Ensure that you have the correct permissions assigned by your administrator. If your role does not include access, request an update from your account admin.
  2. Verify Workspace Assignments: Navigate to your Workspace Settings to confirm your access. If the workspace is not listed, you may need to be manually added.
  3. Contact Your Company Owner: Reach out to your Company Owner to modify permissions. Only users with admin rights can update workspace access for other team members.
  4. Clear Cache and Try Again: Browser cache issues can occasionally prevent access. Try clearing your cache and reloading. For a deeper reset, perform a Hard-Reload.
